Bangladesh Military Museum

The name of the information repository about the history, heritage, and various activities of the Bangladesh Armed Forces is the Bangladesh Military Museum.

The museum was first established in 1987 under the name Bangladesh Military Museum. In 2009, an initiative was taken to modernize the museum. After modernization, in 2022, the then Prime Minister inaugurated the museum under the name “Bangabandhu Military Museum.” However, after the fall of the Awami League government, the authorities restored the museum’s original name, returning it to “Bangladesh Military Museum.”
